What they need
Help lead the kitchen at our new Tommy's Pizza in Covington. We're looking for a Kitchen Manager who can organize a team, keep food quality consistent, and keep service moving.
Responsibilities
Lead daily kitchen operations, prep, and service.
Train and coach kitchen staff on recipes, portions, food handling, and cleaning.
Plan prep and staffing around service needs.
Manage inventory, ordering, waste, and food costs.
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service.
Work with the front-of-house team to keep orders accurate and timely.
What we're looking for
Management experience is a plus.
Strong organization, communication, and team leadership skills.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Job type: Full-time
Pay: $15-$20 per hour
