Kitchen Manager

We are looking for someone unique to take charge of our Kitchen. We are a fresh food concept looking to re-establish ourselves within the market place. The right person will have full control over menu development and implementation. Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role and be exceptional with due diligence and cleanliness. The right attitude is everything to us here. Duties and responsibilities

• Ensures the smooth running of the kitchen department
• Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction
• Develops and implements plans for the kitchen team to be innovative
• Leads and manages the kitchen team, fostering a culture of growth and personal development
• Responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are sustained at the highest possible level
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all other departments
• Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation with due diligence
• Best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit

• Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
