What You’ll Do as a Kitchen Manager:

• Work closely with the management team to hit restaurant goals and drive performance.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation.
• Create a fun, motivating team environment focused on development and progression.
• Be commercially savvy—understand profit & loss and make smart, efficient decisions.
