What they need
Horizons, a family run Assisted Living Facility, located in Canandaigua on Route 21South is seeking a Leader to run the Kitchen/Dietary Department. Responsibilities include oversight of the kitchen (with a focus on managing staff), weekly ordering, and inventory. Responsibilities also include assisting with managing staffing schedules and code compliance. Position also includes working some shifts as lead cook.
