We're looking for a Kitchen Manager to help lead one of our high-volume, beachfront restaurants, generating over $5 million in annual sales. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who loves the restaurant business, takes pride in their work, and is passionate about developing great teams.

What You'll Do

As our Kitchen Manager, you'll play a critical role in the success of our restaurant. You'll lead a talented culinary team, maintain our high standards, and create an environment where people enjoy coming to work and take pride in what they accomplish.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
• Deliver exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation every single day.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
• Manage food costs, inventory, purchasing, and kitchen labor.
• Build a positive, energetic kitchen culture centered on teamwork and accountability.
• Recruit, train, and develop future kitchen leaders.
• Work alongside our management team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Lead by example, stay engaged, and thrive during high-volume service.

Who We're Looking For

We're not just looking for someone who can run a kitchen. We're looking for a leader who can inspire a team!

Our ideal candidate has:

• 3–5 years of kitchen management experience, preferably in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• A proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop people.
• Strong financial and operational knowledge, including food cost and labor management.
• A passion for food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on leadership style and a willingness to lead from the front.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine love for hospitality.
