Kitchen Manager

Our company is looking for an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager to help facilitate our growing business. We are seeking a well-rounded individual who has a background in hospitality and can work well in a fast-paced and high pressured environment. The ideal candidate will be known for their exceptional management skills, attention to detail and great interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the kitchen, develop shift policies, and enforce rules and regulations.
• Interview, hire, and train kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties.
• Debrief employees on shift operation and post-shift events.
• Set up employee schedules based on forecasted business needs.
• Respond to customer's questions and concerns.
• Ensure staff safety during shift.
• Communicate with Front of House team to ensure that service standards are being met;.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
