Kitchen Manager

Asheville PizzaBrewing Co. is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager who believes that great food starts with great people.

As one of Asheville's longest standing and most beloved restaurants, we've built our reputation on award winning pizzas, craft beer, and a welcoming environment where people genuinely enjoy being. What you'll bring to the table (other than pizza):

• Train, mentor, and support kitchen staff while creating a positive, respectful, and accountable work environment.
• Lead in all aspects of kitchen operations, including dough/prep, grill, oven and line positions while working alongside the team when needed.
• Maintain consistent food quality, recipes, portions, presentation, and kitchen standards.
• Manage scheduling, labor, ordering, inventory, food costs, and waste reduction.
• Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, organization, and equipment cleanliness.
• Communicate and work cooperatively with all restaurant staff to provide great food and legendary customer service.
