Kitchen Manager

Laffa & Co. is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, manage the team, and maintain strong standards for food quality, food cost, labor cost, and waste control.

Compensation

• $18/hour during training
• $20/hour after successful completion of training
• Weekly performance bonus: $200–$600
• Potential total compensation of up to approximately $30/hour based on performance and bonuses

Weekly Bonus

Bonuses are based on meeting established performance targets for:

• Food cost
• Labor cost
• Food waste

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily kitchen operations
• Lead and organize the kitchen team
• Maintain consistent food quality and portion standards
• Monitor and control food costs
• Control labor costs and staff productivity
• Reduce food waste
• Ensure proper food preparation and kitchen organization
• Maintain cleanliness and operational standards

Requirements

• Previous kitchen management experience required
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience managing food and labor costs
• Ability to manage and motivate a kitchen team
• Reliable, responsible, and performance-driven
