About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef to help lead our Downtown Brooklyn kitchen.
The ideal candidate is a strong cook and capable leader who can manage daily kitchen operations, train and supervise staff, maintain high standards for food quality and consistency, and oversee high-volume prep and catering production.
This is a working management position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable both cooking alongside the team and taking ownership of kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily prep, cooking, production, and service to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and develop kitchen staff, delegate responsibilities, and maintain accountability.
