Kitchen Manager - The Langton Inn

Overview

You will lead the kitchen team at the Langton Inn and be an integral member in the overall restaurant management team. You will role model brand standards that will drive equality, guest satisfaction, and ultimately the sales of our dishes. You are responsible for ensuring that Food Safety Standards are maintained, and our team deliver dishes in line with company standards. In the absence of the General Manager, you are fully accountable for the performance of Back of House team. And in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager you are responsible for the restaurant.

• Onboard, retain and develop great people
• Always keep out guests and team safe through compliance of our key controls, policies and procedures
• Ensure the team understand and deliver our purpose, leading by example and working with management
• Lead the kitchen team to deliver a best in class restaurant experience for our guests
• Manage kitchen labour, margin targets and waste to deliver a robust business performance
• Continually review and improve performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £39,216.00 per year
