As EllieJade's Kitchen continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Manager to join our team, with a big passion for food!

We provide catering for corporate & private events across Hampshire and beyond. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to be involved in everything from food preparation and platter assembly to event preparation and kitchen organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation and platter assembly
• Packing catering orders and ensuring everything is ready for delivery
• Supporting with kitchen organisation, cleaning and maintaining high hygiene standards
• Planning stock organisation and inventory checks
• Helping prepare for catering events and busy service days
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
• Supporting the wider team to ensure every order leaves looking its best
• Able to work some weekends
• Ordering stock & food for bookings

• Catering/Hospitality experience
• Good cooking skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Hardworking with a positive attitude
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who is happy to get stuck in
• Passionate about food
• Willing to learn and take on a variety of tasks
• Driving license
