What they need
The Black Label Tavern Milford is looking for a qualified and hard working Kitchen Manager to lead the heart of the house. We will review candidates with a proven track record in the back of the house. Responsibilities will include cooking, prep, scheduling, ordering, inventory, and, above all, leading a team of culinary professionals of different ability and skill levels. Leadership above all is a key element of success in the chemistry of the team, so our ideal candidate will be a proven leader with great people skills.
We are NOT looking for a chef to redesign our menu. We ARE looking for a candidate to take our brand direction and move the business in a continued positive direction as relates to food cost, labor, execution, timely and thoughtful ordering, holding an accurate inventory, and sanitation and cleanliness.
