Kitchen Manager/Cook

Hannah House Child Development Center is seeking a dependable and organized Kitchen Manager/Cook to support meal preparation and food service at our planned new childcare location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritious, age-appropriate meals and snacks.
• Follow approved menus, food safety procedures, and sanitation requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and food storage areas.
• Track food supplies and assist with inventory and ordering.
• Accommodate documented food allergies and dietary requirements according to center policies.
• Maintain required food-service records.

Qualifications

• Experience in institutional food service, childcare, or school kitchens preferred.
• Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation.
• Appropriate food-service certification required if designated as the center’s certified food-service manager.
• Required background clearance and training.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
