Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all kitchen staff
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency in every dish
• Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to optimize food costs
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper handling procedures
• Coordinate with management to deliver seamless large-scale events and special functions
• Monitor shift operations, assign tasks efficiently, and maintain high standards of service quality throughout each shift

Experience

• Background with hands-on food production, preparation, and cooking expertise
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage back of house team
• Experience with food service management, and inventory control within the food industry
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and food handling regulations
• Prior experience in kitchen management roles that involve shift management, food management systems, and hospitality operations
