Do you take pride in creating nutritious, delicious menu's and meals that feel homemade, comforting and special? We’re looking for a talented and caring Kitchen Manager who want to help shape an exceptional dining experience for our residents. Unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship for our roles.

About the Role As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a vital role in residents’ health, happiness and quality of life. You’ll create fresh, well‑balanced meals that meet individual dietary needs, while delivering the warmth, presentation and flavour expected in a premium care environment. This is a role for someone who sees food as more than fuel — it’s comfort, connection and care. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing fresh, nutritious and visually appealing meals for residents
  • Catering to individual dietary requirements, preferences and cultural needs
  • Supporting menus that balance nutrition, choice and enjoyment
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety and kitchen standards
  • Working closely with care teams to support residents’ wellbeing
  • Contributing to a welcoming, homely dining experience every day

Who We’re Looking For

  • A passionate chef who takes pride in high‑quality, well‑prepared food
  • Someone who understands the importance of nutrition in adult care and the adjustments that may be required to meet individual needs
  • Organised, reliable and calm in a busy kitchen environment
  • A team player with a warm, resident‑focused approach
  • Experience in a care, hospitality or similar setting is desirable
  • Food hygiene qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Professional cookery qualification such as NVQ level 3 is desirable

Why Join Park Lane Healthcare?

  • Work in beautifully designed care environments
  • Cook with purpose, knowing your work directly improves residents’ quality of life
  • Join a supportive, values‑driven organisation that values your skills and creativity

At Park Lane Healthcare, we believe exceptional care includes exceptional food. If you’re a chef who cares deeply about quality, nutrition and making people feel at home, we’d love to hear from you. Join us and help create meals that truly matter.
