What they need
Todd Brian’s is actively interviewing for a kitchen manager/sous chef.
Working functionally and hands on in the kitchen, ordering, running the prep system, counting inventory, and hiring.
This is a hands on role for a serious and driven individual. We are a guest focused establishment and expect the best out of all of our management team members.
Must have full service experience, and be willing to take care of our kitchen and the guest. Please list all past experience in resume.
