About Us

[PICKLES] by Evergreen & Market is a fast-growing, woman-, veteran-, minority-, and family-owned gourmet pickle brand based in Atlanta. We make 40+ small-batch flavors from scratch using real ingredients.

We’re looking for fast, dependable, and productive kitchen team members to help with daily food prep and production.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position. We need people who enjoy staying busy, work with a sense of urgency, and can keep up with production goals while still paying attention to quality and food safety.

Your Role

You’ll work alongside our Kitchen Production Lead and other team members preparing ingredients, producing batches, filling jars, labeling products, cleaning, and getting orders ready for production.

We’re looking for someone who can work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing accuracy.

You should be the type of person who finishes a task and immediately looks for what needs to be done next — not someone who needs to be constantly reminded to stay productive.

Responsibilities

• Wash, cut, slice, weigh, and prepare fruits and vegetables
• Prep ingredients according to recipes and production instructions
• Assist with cooking and preparing batches
• Fill, close, and organize jars
• Apply labels and prepare finished products
• Keep ingredients and supplies ready for the next production step
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures
• Keep your workstation clean and organized throughout the shift
• Help with dishes, equipment, floors, trash, and general kitchen cleaning
• Follow instructions from the Kitchen Production Lead
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
• Help other stations when your assigned work is finished

Requirements

• Kitchen, restaurant prep, catering, warehouse, manufacturing, or food production experience preferred
• Able to stand for full shifts
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable performing repetitive prep and production tasks
• Must maintain good cleanliness and food-safety habits
• Must have reliable transportation and consistent weekday availability

Bonus Experience

• Commercial kitchen or high-volume food prep
• Food Handler Certification or ServSafe
• Food manufacturing or production-line experience
• Produce preparation
• Jarred, canned, pickled, or vinegar-based foods
