Kitchen Operations & Culinary Intern

Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic college students or recent graduates who want to build real-world experience in a fast-paced cloud kitchen setup. As a Kitchen Intern, you will work closely with our core team, learning food preparation, menu execution, order dispatching, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients (mise en place), chopping, marinating, and cooking daily menu items following standard recipes.
• Order & Dispatch Handling: Learn how digital orders are managed, packed safely, and handed over to delivery partners.
• Inventory & Stock Assistance: Help track daily stock levels, inspect ingredient freshness, and practice proper stock rotation (FIFO).
• Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain strict standards of kitchen cleanliness, sanitization, and food safety standards.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
• Strong passion for cooking and willingness to learn kitchen management.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Punctual, energetic, and eager to gain practical field experience.
