Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen team in our new space. As a day time Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital part in maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation if necessary, and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks to support chefs and kitchen staff
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is sanitized and stored properly
• Support with stock rotation and storage of ingredients and supplies
• Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold hygiene standards at all times
• Contribute to a positive team environment by being proactive and reliable

Skills

• Previous hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to contribute to the success of the team

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
