Kitchen Porter

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff
• Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
• Organise and store food supplies and ingredients
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
• Dispose of rubbish and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Experience:

• Previous experience working in a hospitality or culinary environment is preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work well as part of a team

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.71

Additional Pay:

• Full share of tips - £100-£200 a week.
