Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces are cleaned and sanitised after use.
• Manage waste disposal efficiently, ensuring recycling protocols are followed.
• Support the team during busy service periods by helping with basic cooking tasks as required.
• Organise deliveries of food supplies and ensure proper storage.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications
