Responsibilities

• Ensure all kitchen areas are kept spotless, sanitized, and well-organized at all times
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs or kitchen manager
• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment through proper washing and storage
• Support the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service shifts
• Follow health and safety regulations diligently to uphold hygiene standards
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and restocking supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Skills

• Experience in food preparation or working within a restaurant or hotel kitchen environment is highly desirable
• Previous experience in hospitality or serving roles is a plus
• Strong understanding of kitchen safety procedures and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a busy setting
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and servers
