Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to uphold hygiene standards.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers.
• Support the storage and organization of ingredients and supplies to ensure easy access and safety.
• Help with waste disposal and recycling procedures to promote an environmentally friendly kitchen.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, functional, and stored properly after use.
• Support serving staff during busy service times by providing necessary items or assistance.
• Follow health and safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe working environment for everyone.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
