Responsibilities

• Ensure all kitchen areas are kept spotless, sanitized, and well-organized at all times
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of chefs and kitchen staff
• Support the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment, utensils, and storage areas
• Help with waste disposal and recycling procedures to maintain a hygienic workspace
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to uphold cleanliness standards
• Support serving staff with timely delivery of clean dishes, utensils, and other essentials

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of food preparation and basic cooking techniques is advantageous
• Strong understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced setting
