The Role

As a Kitchen Porter, you're the engine room of our kitchen. You won't always be visible to guests, but everything they experience —

the food, the safety, the pace of service — depends on the standard you hold. You'll keep equipment clean and moving, manage

stock and waste, and support chefs so the kitchen never slows down because of something that should already have been ready.

What You'll Do

• Wash, sanitise, and return equipment fast enough that chefs are never left waiting
• Follow hygiene and food safety procedures precisely, every shift, without exception
• Manage stock rotation and help keep food waste to a genuine minimum
• Support chefs with basic prep tasks when the kitchen needs an extra pair of hands
• Keep the kitchen spotless throughout service, including scheduled deep cleans
• Handle cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment safely and correctly
• Flag any equipment issues or hazards to the kitchen team immediately

• Someone who follows process properly, rather than looking for shortcuts

What You'll Need

• No previous experience necessary — full training is provided from day one
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and standing for extended periods
• Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• The right to work in the UK
