Who we are:

The Evolv Collection is a pioneering, premium hospitality group, founded by Sir Terence Conran in 1991. Our portfolio includes some of the most iconic restaurants in modern history, located in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and New York. Each brand in our collection reflects a distinctive heritage, character, and ambience. By investing in our people and striving for excellence, we are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The Great British food revolution began at Butlers Wharf. We celebrate the best seasonal produce including signature chops and steaks from our ‘Ethical Butcher’ partner farms; the finest example of animal husbandry and regenerative farming practices in the UK.

The Butlers Wharf Chop House and Tavern is a modern interpretation of Sir Terence Conran’s ‘Gastrodome’ venue and the spirit of the Victorian age; boasting amazing views of Tower Bridge, the River Thames and London skyline.
