Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment with precision and efficiency
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers to support smooth service flow
• Ensure all work surfaces, floors, and storage areas are sanitized and organized according to health and safety standards
• Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to maintain a hygienic workspace
• Support the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service shifts
• Restock supplies such as utensils, ingredients, and cleaning materials as needed to ensure seamless operations
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations diligently to create a safe environment for staff and guests

Experience

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Familiarity with basic food preparation and kitchen hygiene practices is advantageous
• Experience in a hotel or culinary environment can enhance your understanding of high standards in food service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
