Duties

• Ensure all kitchen areas are kept spotless by washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly.
• Cooking 5 fried starters.
• Maintain cleanliness of work surfaces, floors, storage areas, and waste disposal zones to uphold health and safety standards.
• Support the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Restock supplies like utensils, cleaning materials, and ingredients as needed to keep the kitchen well-equipped.
• Follow all hygiene regulations and safety procedures diligently to create a safe working environment for everyone.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery during busy periods.

Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment, cleaning protocols, and hygiene standards.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
