Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently and thoroughly.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and organizing ingredients under supervision.
• Support the kitchen team by restocking supplies and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
• Dispose of waste responsibly, adhering to health and safety regulations to keep the kitchen tidy and hazard-free.
• Help with setting up dining areas and clearing tables during service times to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Follow health and safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for all staff members.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm to learn is key!
• Familiarity with food preparation, cooking processes, or kitchen routines is advantageous.
• Experience in serving or hospitality roles demonstrates strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
