Duties

• Assist with basic food preparation tasks to support chefs and kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is sanitized and stored properly after use
• Help with waste disposal and recycling to uphold health and safety standards
• Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to promote a safe working environment
• Assist with restocking supplies and ensuring the kitchen remains tidy throughout shifts

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with food preparation and basic cooking techniques is a plus
• Experience working in hotel kitchens or culinary settings enhances your application
• Knowledge of hygiene standards in food service environments is advantageous
• Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
