Kitchen Porter

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. The role is essential to keeping the kitchen running smoothly, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and supporting the wider team throughout service.

Key Responsibilities

• Washing and cleaning dishes, pots, pans, utensils and kitchen equipment throughout service.
• Keeping the kitchen, washing-up area and surrounding areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Taking part in regular deep-cleaning duties to maintain high standards of hygiene across the kitchen.
• Correctly sorting and disposing of food waste, general waste and recycling in line with kitchen procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment throughout the shift.
• Supporting chefs and other kitchen team members with general kitchen duties when required.
• Ensuring cleaning equipment and supplies are used correctly and kept organised.
• Following all food hygiene, health and safety and cleaning procedures.
• Working efficiently as part of the kitchen team, particularly during busy service periods.

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
