We’re looking for a hard-working and reliable Kitchen Porter to join the team at The Woodman at Clent. As part of our back-of-house crew, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly while supporting the chefs during busy service.

About the Role:
As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, handling washing up, helping with deliveries, and assisting chefs with basic prep as needed. It’s a fast-paced role that’s perfect for someone with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep all kitchen areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times
• Operate dishwashers and clean pots, pans, utensils, and equipment
• Assist with stock deliveries, rotation, and organisation
• Support chefs with basic food prep when required
• Follow food hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Work as part of a close-knit team to maintain smooth service

• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
• Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• No experience necessary — full training provided
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a clean and professional kitchen
