Duties

• Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently
• Ensure all work areas are sanitized and organized according to health and safety regulations
• Support the storage of ingredients and supplies, rotating stock as needed to prevent waste
• Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to uphold environmental standards
• Monitor kitchen cleanliness throughout shifts, reporting any hazards or maintenance needs immediately
• Strong understanding of food preparation and kitchen hygiene standards
• Experience working in restaurants, hotels, or catering environments is highly desirable
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen team members and serving staff
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to food handling and sanitation
• Prior experience an advantage
• You must be aavailable to work weekdays as well as weekends

Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 30.0 per week
