Kitchen Porter

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Kitchen Porters to join our busy pub and restaurant team in the Yarm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment, assisting with basic food preparation when required, and ensuring work areas are kept clean, tidy, and organised. You will support the chefs with the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen and help ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.

Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential, as full training can be provided. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements & Expectations

• Weekend availability, as well as working through peak trading periods including Christmas and Bank Holidays, is required.
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus, though comprehensive on-the-job training is provided for candidates with the right attitude.
• Valid proof of identity and legal eligibility to work in the UK must be presented prior to starting.
