This role is Keeping the kitchen flowing by turning plates, pans and equipment around fast Staying on top of pot wash during peak service so chefs aren’t waiting Keeping floors, prep areas and storage clean and safe Managing waste correctly and keeping the back area organised Supporting the team wherever needed during service Taking pride in your section and owning it, If the pots stack up, service slows down. If service slows down, the whole restaurant feels it. You are part of the engine.
