Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers
• Support the storage and organization of ingredients and supplies to ensure a tidy workspace
• Help with waste disposal and recycling procedures to uphold hygiene standards
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, functional, and stored correctly after use
• Assist in setting up dining areas and clearing tables during service times when needed
• Follow health and safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe working environment

Skills

• Experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or hotel setting is highly desirable
