We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant to join the team at the welcoming Winnock Hotel, located in the heart of Drymen, at the gateway to Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park.

The Role
As a Kitchen Porter / Assistant, you will:

• Support the chefs with basic food preparation
• Ensure all kitchen equipment, crockery, and utensils are cleaned and maintained
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards
• Assist with deliveries and stock rotation
• Help maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation

• A full driving licence is preferred due to the hotel’s location and limited public transport links
