What you'll be doing:

• Assisting chefs with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to the highest hygiene standards.
• Operating and cleaning kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assisting with plating and presentation of dishes.
• Receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies.
• Supporting the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen during service.
• Following all food safety and health and safety regulations.

What we're looking for:

• A genuine interest in food and a willingness to learn.
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent hygiene standards and attention to detail.
• The ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
• Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential – we're happy to train the right candidate!
