Duties

• Assist with food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, chopping, and organizing ingredients to support chefs and kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
• Support cooking activities by preparing basic ingredients and ensuring all tools and equipment are ready for use
• Help with stock rotation, inventory checks, and restocking supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to uphold hygiene standards and prevent accidents
• Serve as a helpful team member by supporting front-of-house staff when needed and ensuring excellent hospitality service
• Contribute to a positive team environment by staying energetic, proactive, and attentive to the needs of the kitchen

Qualifications

• Passion for food preparation, cooking, and hospitality environments
• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering setting is advantageous but not essential; enthusiasm is key!
• Basic understanding of kitchen safety procedures and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
