The restaurant focuses on sourcing the best quality ingredients, preparing them simply and delivering great food and texture on the plate. The ideal candidate will be an excellent all rounder with a positive attitude and good work ethic. Good time management and organisational skills are essential for handling high volume business and meeting deadlines in this fast paced environment.
