The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our kitchen team. This hands-on role involves supporting the chefs with food preparation and maintaining a clean, well-organized kitchen. You'll play an important part in upholding our high standards of food hygiene and helping deliver top-quality meals to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and well-organised at all times
• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures
• Help with plating and presenting dishes to standard
• Assist with catering for hotel events and group bookings
• Monitor stock levels and help with ordering supplies as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is an advantage but not required
• Basic cooking knowledge and a willingness to learn
• Awareness of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Team player with good communication skills

• Pay: £13.00 per hour
