Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.

• Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
• Help with the delivery and storage of food supplies.
• Support chefs during busy service periods by providing assistance where needed.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the kitchen management promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
• Familiarity with hospitality settings such as hotels or restaurants will be beneficial.
• An understanding of basic food hygiene practices is preferred.
