Kitchen Porter – Athlone Center

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Porter to join our established restaurant team in Athlone.

Working Schedule

• Thursday, Friday and Saturday: from 3:00 PM
• Sunday: from 11:00 AM
• Weekend availability is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, cookware and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Keep workstations, storage areas and equipment clean and organised.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, toilets and staff facilities.
• Support chefs with basic kitchen duties when required.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling.
• Follow food hygiene and health and safety procedures.
• Help keep the kitchen running efficiently during busy services.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Kitchen Porter experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and responsible.
• Good organisational and cleaning skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to communicate in English, Portuguese or Spanish.
• Legal authorisation to work in Ireland.
