We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Prep to join our dynamic culinary team. Your role will also include washing dishes alongside, helping maintain a smooth rhythm in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring as required for various dishes
• Assist with basic cooking tasks under supervision, ensuring timely meal production
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen work area, including utensils and equipment
• Follow food safety standards and hygiene protocols at all times to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Support the team during busy periods by efficiently managing meal preparation tasks
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Assist in cleaning kitchen appliances and surfaces regularly to uphold cleanliness standards
• Washing dishes, putting away dishes.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
