What they need
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
- Washing and cleaning dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment
- Keeping the kitchen, storage areas and washing-up areas clean and organised
- Assisting chefs and kitchen staff with basic preparation when required
- Ensuring rubbish and food waste are disposed of safely
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Following all food safety and health & safety procedures
- Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
About You
- Previous kitchen or catering experience is desirable but not essential
- Hardworking, reliable and punctual
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
