Kitchen Production Assistant

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and motivated team member to join The Ballsy Baker production team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and can operate independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Weighing and rolling protein/ energy balls
• Preparing mixes and doughs
• Coating products in chocolate
• Packing and fulfilling wholesale/ retail customer orders
• Maintaining HACCP / Traceability & Stock Management.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area at all times

Requirements

• Minimum Level 2 HACCP Certification
• Minimum 2 years work experience within the food / food manufacturing sector.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and follow processes accurately
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Fully flexible availability
• Strong work ethic and a serious attitude toward the role
• Physically fit — this role involves heavy lifting and being on your feet for long periods
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure

Important Information

• This role involves working with nuts. Do not apply if you have any nut allergies.
• The business will be relocating within the Dublin 15 area in the coming months. Own transport is essential to ensure you can commute to the new premises.

Pay: €14.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
