Kitchen Remodeling Contractor – Chicago, IL

We’re expanding our contractor network in the Chicago area and taking on one kitchen remodeling contractor for the Chicago territory.

We book 15 to 20 confirmed kitchen estimates a month. Every appointment is a homeowner who requested a quote, was qualified by our office, and is expecting a contractor on a set day and time. The contractor we select runs those estimates, closes the jobs, and builds them.

The territory
Chicago and the surrounding suburbs: Naperville, Schaumburg, Oak Park, Evanston, Orland Park, Arlington Heights. Projects run $15,000 to $30,000.

Compensation
Paid per project. The contractor keeps 85% of the signed contract value, paid as the job funds. No marketing cost, no lead fees, no ad accounts.

Requirements

• Established kitchen remodeling business with a crew and general liability insurance
• Completed kitchens you can show us. Demo, cabinets, countertops, plumbing, electrical, flooring, the full build
• Able to run every scheduled estimate on time
• Proposals delivered within 48 hours with options for the homeowner
• Comfortable presenting and closing $15,000+ projects with homeowners
• Willing to work inside our CRM and keep every job updated
• Before and after photos on every project

Selection process
Applications are reviewed within one business day. Selected applicants get a phone interview, then submit photos of recent work. Contractors who pass are onboarded on a four estimate trial. Close one of the four and the full territory opens up.

We are looking for one contractor who already runs a remodeling business and wants it full. This is not an entry level position and it is not hourly.
