Kitchen Renovation Consultant

Job Summary

Portfolio Kitchen & Home is hiring a Kitchen Renovation Consultant to assist customers with planning and coordinating kitchen renovation projects. This role works with clients to understand their needs, recommend products and design solutions, prepare project information, and support the renovation process from initial consultation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand kitchen renovation goals and preferences
• Guide cabinets, countertops, fixtures, finishes, and other kitchen products
• Assist with developing practical kitchen renovation concepts and project plans
• Take measurements and gather relevant project information when required
• Prepare product recommendations, estimates, and project documentation
• Coordinate with designers, installers, contractors, vendors, and customers
• Communicate project timelines, materials, and installation requirements
• Follow up with customers regarding project progress and outstanding decisions
• Help resolve routine project concerns and communicate issues to management
• Maintain accurate customer and project records
• Provide professional customer service throughout the renovation process
• Perform additional consulting and project support duties assigned by management

Requirements

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage multiple customer projects and deadlines

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
