Job Description:
As a Kitchen Runner, you will be an essential part of our kitchen operations, responsible for facilitating a smooth workflow between the kitchen and the dining area. Your role involves various tasks to support the kitchen staff, ensuring timely food delivery, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with basic food preparation. This position requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Food Transport:
Efficiently deliver food from the kitchen to the serving area, ensuring accurate and prompt service to customers.

Order Coordination:
Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate the timing of food orders, helping to streamline the delivery process.

Plating Assistance:
Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as plating dishes and adding finishing touches before they are served.

Cleanliness Maintenance:
Keep work areas and serving stations clean and organized, following established hygiene and sanitation standards.

Utensil and Equipment Management:
Assist in the proper handling, cleaning, and storage of utensils and kitchen equipment to ensure a well-maintained kitchen environment.

Communication:
Maintain clear and open communication with kitchen and service staff to ensure a seamless flow of operations.

Stock Replenishment:
Monitor and replenish supplies in the kitchen as needed, contributing to the efficiency of food preparation.

Requirements:
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry trays, and move quickly between the kitchen and serving area.

Team Collaboration:
Work effectively as part of a team, taking direction from kitchen and service staff to ensure coordinated efforts.

Attention to Detail:
Ensure accuracy in food delivery, presentation, and adherence to established standards.

Time Management:
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a high-paced kitchen environment.

Adaptability:
Flexibility to handle changing priorities and adapt to the dynamic nature of kitchen operations.

Hygiene and Safety Awareness:
