Job Summary

Al Helal Kitchens is looking for a professional Kitchen Sales Designer to manage customer relationships from the first inquiry through design coordination, quotation, closing, production follow-up, installation, and project completion.

The role will mainly focus on residential kitchens and villa projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales and communication skills, together with a good understanding of kitchen design, layouts, measurements, and technical drawings.

Training will be provided on Al Helal products, CRM system, and the company’s kitchen drawing and quotation platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with new and existing customers and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements, measurements, layouts, and project needs.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer activities through the CRM system.
• Use the company’s kitchen drawing and quotation platform.
• Coordinate with the design team when detailed technical drawings are required.
• Prepare and present quotations and proposals professionally.
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with production after project approval.
• Follow up on manufacturing, delivery, and installation.
• Maintain communication with the customer until final project completion.
• Follow up after installation and obtain customer feedback and reviews.
• Maintain accurate customer and project records.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
• Experience in kitchens, fit-out, interiors, furniture, or project sales is preferred.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand plans, layouts, and measurements.
• Basic knowledge or experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to learn new software and technical products.
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity, design support, or daily work is an advantage.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Compensation

Salary: AED 3,500 – 6,000 per month
Commission: Additional sales commission based on performance and company policy.
